CreditRiskMonitor.com, Inc. is providing notice of the dismissal and discontinuance of putative class action litigation recently instituted in the Supreme Court of New York, County of Rockland, at Index No. 036769/2024. The parties have reached a confidential settlement, and as part of that settlement the Court has required that this notice be posted.
