Mr. Buck brings extensive experience in B2B financial software and product management, with a particular focus on accounts receivable, order-to-cash, automation, and solving complex business problems that deliver measurable outcomes. He has spent his career working at the intersection of customers, technology, and business strategy, translating real-world challenges into products and better processes.

Early on, he developed a passion for operational excellence at FedEx Ground and an Amazon delivery center before moving into technology products and services at Sungard, Billtrust, Avalara, Carixa, and Sidetrade. He is passionate about building shared ownership around complex challenges, recognizing that lasting business results come from aligning customers, partners, and internal teams around the right problems at the right time.
